How do I order a JOYAS product?
To order a Joyas shoe product or accessory, you have two options, which we will detail below:
1. TELEPHONE ORDER
You can choose this option if you want to make all the details of your order by phone together with a Joyas representative. The steps you need to follow are:
- Click on the desired product on our site;
- Select the "Call" button or just call by yourself to +40745888588;
2. ONLINE ORDER
This option is the standard model for ordering a Joyas product, and takes less than a minute; the steps you need to follow to place an online order are:
- Click on the Joyas product you want to order;
- Select the desired size for it.
- Press the black button; a window will open that allows you to either complete the order or continue shopping;
If you choose to complete the order, you must fill in the form fields (if you already have an account created, just log in and the details will appear automatically), select the payment method and press the button SEND THE ORDER from bottom of the page.
If you choose to continue shopping, once you've selected all your products and added them to your shopping cart, all you have to do is click the button that shows your shopping cart from the top right, and to complete your order.
There is also a third option to order a Joyas product, namely:
3. PERSONALIZED ORDER
This option is applicable in the following two cases:
When you want to modify one of the products already existing on the site (for example - you want a bigger or smaller heel height); in this case, you must follow the steps of point two, and complete the message / remarks section with the desired changes.
Important to remember: For custom orders, an earnest is charged!
Product images are made in a professional photo studio, with all the conditions of this environment. That's why the color in the picture may be slightly different from the actual shade of the product, this factor being influenced by the settings of your monitor (for example, the color of a product can be seen differently on the phone than the laptop).
Orders placed on the site during business days until 17:00 will be checked by phone and delivered the next day, if the product is in stock and no other delivery date specified on the product page.
For any change regarding the delivery of the products, you will be notified by one of the Joyas representatives.
SC JOYAS VIBE SRL reserves the right to cancel orders placed or in delivery in any of the following situations:
- if the customer amanda 2 times delivery of the package;
- if the customer refuses 2 times the pickup from the courier;
- if the customer cancels and then re-confirms the orders placed on the site;
